"Pretty let down by Footprints"
I ordered from footprints.com i was disappointed. The website itself was simple enough to get through, so I can’t really fault that part, but after placing the order everything felt slow and a bit neglected. I had to keep checking in myself because the updates weren’t coming through properly, which I personally think is on them. Customer service did respond, but the replies didn’t really solve much and felt more like they were just brushing it off. The product was okay, not awful, but for what I paid I expected better. I don’t think I’d order from them again unless I really had no other choice.

Not totally sure if it was the shipping company or just bad timing, but it arrived later than I was hoping. It did show up eventually, just slower than I expected

"I was able to find what I needed..."
I was able to find what I needed, so the site did its job, but personally I didn’t love the layout. Some pages felt a bit confusing to get through, and I had to click around more than I expected. It’s usable, just not my favorite experience.

"Surprisingly quick help when I actually needed it"
I had a small issue with my order, i was fully prepared to get stuck in the usual support nightmare where you send a message and it disappears into the void. But nope — they got back to me the same day and fixed it without making me jump through a million hoops. Such a relief. I really appreciated how simple and painless the whole thing was

"Had a little problem with my..."
Had a little problem with my order and thought it might turn into one of those back-and-forth things. I messaged support, and they got back to me the same day, which was a nice surprise.

They sorted it out without making it awkward or complicated. It wasn’t perfect from the start, but compared to some other places I’ve dealt with... yeah, this was way better. Happy to give 5 stars for how they handled it.

"Still Waiting on My Refund"
I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the refund to come through. Every time I contact support, they just tell me to Wait a bit longer, which is getting really frustrating. Not a Great experience, and I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.

"Delivery wasn’t very reliable"
I ordered a pair of shoes and the delivery date kept getting pushed back. They finally showed up almost a week late, and I barely got any updates while I was waiting. The shoes themselves were fine, but I needed them for a trip, so it was frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order again if I needed something to arrive on time.

"I Always Felt in the Loop"
